About Flowersmart

Flowersmart was established in 1992 as a neighbourhood flower shop providing excellent customer service and a high quality product line. Since then, Flowersmart has under gone an impressive expansion in 2004 to 1300 square feet and is now a full service florist. Our clientele have come to trust us with their floral and holiday basket arrangements. We always welcome new customers, and look forward to hearing from you.

To help assure on-time deliveries during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professional’s Week, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Labour Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Victoria Day and Civic Holiday.

A local delivery fee of $7.00 will be added to each order (for each address). For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, this fee will vary.

Orders must be received before 10:30 a.m. in the recipient’s time zone in order to be delivered the same day. Orders which are received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we are unable to guarantee it. Local area deliveries will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

We are unable to accept International orders over the Internet, but if you call our shop directly we will be happy to process your order.

Deliveries leaving our shop are able to reach as far west as Hamilton and as far east as Bowmanville. The following map illustrates the specific areas that we cover.
